I truly enjoyed this perfect hotel with its marvellous location and outstandingly accommodating staff. They provided a wide array of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included.

This place was conveniently located near the airport, shops, and restaurants, and we enjoyed spending our evenings at the nearby Scumm Bar; the room was impeccably clean with a spacious, comfortable bed and a luxurious spa tub.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. The room was clean and inviting, with comfortable chairs and a spacious terrace. The service was top-notch.

The breakfast was absolutely superb with many options to choose from, continental dishes and amazing cocktails, you will not be disappointed. We only stayed 9 nights, but the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for us. Also, location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Pier Navega.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself had a beautiful setting and the rates were reasonable. We loved that we could enjoy discounted meals at the restaurant next door, which had excellent food. The bartenders and waiters were also a lot of fun, making our evenings enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the main street and all the amenities we needed.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The bathrooms were a bit small, and the construction noise from the neighboring site could be bothersome at times.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just a block away from the main shopping area. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and were very helpful throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The New Year's party at the hotel was pretty fun, and free champagne was fantastic. Breakfast was abundant, and we had good coffee every morning. The location is right in the center of everything, and we could quickly walk to the beach and many bars.

I felt unsafe during the stay, and some of my things went missing from the room. Also, the room had a bit of a funky smell;

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool was beautiful and really relaxing. The location was perfect - right in the center of the city, close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast which was of high quality. The staff were friendly and always helpful. I also loved that the hotel was very close to the Public Bus station, making transportation around the city very convenient.
